About the RoleResponsible for Banca F2F Sales in the East Coast Region, focusing on Single Premium and Regular Premium marketing to partner banks. You will coach and support sales staff and the branch network.
As a Bancassurance Sales Specialist at AIA, you will have a unique opportunity to positively impact peoples lives. You will be an integral part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, advancing our movement.
Your main responsibilities will include:- Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging to promote AIAs products and services.
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to meet targets proactively.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborating with internal teams for flawless execution of sales strategies.
- Applying effective sales strategies and tools to compete successfully in the market.
- A proven track record of sales success in finance or insurance industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
