About The Department Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations. We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure. Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing. Job Responsibilities: Practical experience in data encryption, key management, and cryptographic technologies. Understanding of encryption techniques, tools, and best practices. Preferred experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management systems, and data protection solutions. Familiarity with security protocols such as TLS and SSH. Proficiency in cryptographic principles, digital certificates, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) standards. Knowledge of various operating systems and file systems. Supports SSL activities such as CSR generation, Certificate Issuance and Cert Injection Support Issuance/Revoke of certificates for Mac OS and other systems Education Diploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution Technical Skills 5 to 7 years of relevant experience Cryptography Java Other Requirements Willing to work during weekend or wee hours to support security administration activities. Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills. Must be process oriented and organized. Effective time management and organizational skills. Must be able to communicate ideas, both in written and verbal, in a clear, concise and professional manner; including technical writing skills. Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within an organization, fostering collaboration internally/externally with vendors and staff.
