Position: Area Supervisor

Location: Klang Valley

Responsibilities:

1. Restaurant Operations & Team ManagementOversee daily restaurant activities to ensure smooth operations and SOP compliance. Lead, schedule, and train kitchen and service staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.

2. Customer Experience & Service QualityHandle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints professionally. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and consistently positive dining experience.

3. Food Quality & Hygiene ComplianceMaintain high standards in food preparation, presentation, and taste. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety regulations are strictly followed.

4. Inventory & Cost ControlMonitor stock levels, manage ordering and storage, and reduce wastage. Keep operational costs in check and support sales targets through efficient planning.

5. Maintenance & ReportingEnsure restaurant equipment and facilities are well-maintained. Track daily sales and performance, and prepare reports to support business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing or supervising a restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle peak hours efficiently.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Bonus: Experience in managing traditional Malaysian or grilled food concepts is a plus.
