What youll achieveAs a Services Project/Program Management Analyst, you will assist in the management of projects and provide support for the execution of a project plan, prioritizing interdependent activities to ensure completion on schedule.

You will:• Handle end-to-end support processes from setup to closure of a delivery project

• Audit project documentation and ensure its completeness• Handle a variety of project managers requests through multiple communications channels• Act as a point of contact for project administration and support• Ensure quality and performance measurements are met and provide feedback to management

Essential Requirements• Capability to manage and prioritize time and resources to meet assignments
