AM/Manager Corporate Compliance

• Develop and implement compliance, integrity, and ethics frameworks, policies, and standards across the organisation.
• Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews, and support the development of mitigation plans with relevant departments.
• Coordinate training programs and awareness initiatives to promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.
• Collaborate with various functions to ensure alignment on compliance matters and prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
• Support integration of compliance frameworks across business units and ensure readiness for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Provide guidance on ethical practices and assist in investigations related to breaches of conduct or compliance issues.

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk, governance, or related areas
• Strong understanding of ethical standards, regulations, and organisational processes
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and credibility
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working independently or within a team
• Relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and responding to business needs promptly
