Job Scope:
These tasks are related to maintaining office operations, ensuring smooth daily administrative functions, and financial record-keeping.
Identifying Pantry & Office Needs:
Assessing office and pantry requirements (number of employees, dietary preferences, etc.).
Keeping track of pantry stock levels (snacks, coffee, tea, essentials).
Monitoring expenses and ensuring purchases align with the budget.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in pantry shelves, refrigerators, and storage areas.
Checking expiration dates on food and beverages and disposing of expired items.
Bookkeeping & General Ledger Maintenance:
Maintaining the companys general ledger and ensuring accurate transaction records.
Processing journals and entries like accruals, prepayments, depreciation, etc.
Reconciliation of financial statements and records.
Payroll Management:
Calculating wages, including deductions for taxes, SOCSO, EPF, etc. (While this could be HR, its often handled by Admin or finance teams depending on the company).
Using payroll software for processing payroll, overtime, and allowances.
Withholding taxes and filing returns.
Providing tax-related documents (e.g., Form EA).
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Processing supplier/vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments.
Tracking customer payments and ensuring collections are timely.
Generating and sending invoices to clients.
Following up on overdue accounts and sending reminders.
Audit & Internal Control:
Preparing for internal and external audits by ensuring records are accurate.
Organizing required documents for audits.
Developing and implementing internal control procedures.
Ensuring accounting systems and procedures are efficient, accurate, and secure.
Requirement:
-Diploma or above candidate
-Welcome fresh graduate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
