Material Control Executive

• Coordinate to meet customers demand with Sales, Production and Logistic Department; with minimum changeover of the plant process.
• Over-viewing the Extraction Plant Production Schedule and Delivery Schedule.
• Directing and monitoring the material handling rate at the discharge, transfer, intake and delivery bays.
• Plan multiple hatches and grain discharge from the bulk and container vessel into multiple intake pits.
• Actual discharge quantity meet plan and budgeted discharge rate. Zero demurrage.
• Plan and execute the Grain, Food and Feed Ingredient Security a) No grains or ingredient mix up during handling, transportation and storageb) Plan and execute the smart card system c/w color coding for the grain discharge.c) Total quantity received from the wharf equals the receivers quantity.
• Tasks involving direction and control of others including self.
• Daily meeting with respective plant foreman and stimulating the material handling plan.a) Provide on the job training for the department employees.
• Monitoring material handling rate, plant rate, external warehouse billing date and providing direction.
• Eliminate the needs to rent warehouse by reducing the stock cycle count which involve the Sales, Purchasing, Internal Storage, External Storage and finance.
• Rejecting any lorry that does not conform to standard specification.
• Monitoring and directing subordinates and contract workers on the safe operation in the warehouse.
• To perform other task assigned in aligned with companys objective and goals.

Requirements:-

- Degree in supply chain/ logistics management/ business admin/ operation or equivalent.

- 1-2years working experience in inventory/ warehousing will be added advantages

- willing to work under semi-heavy industry/ dusty environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
