Telesales Executive / Telemarketing (Outband)

• Proficient in English/Malay and Mandarin to communicate with customers

• Possess good and professional Communication skills

• Have good speaking and writing skills

• Ability to provide timely updates to the leader..

• Previous experience in telesales / telemarketing, customer service, or sales are a plus.

• Conduct calls to potential clients and introduce

• Identify and handle customers enquiries completely and accurately with confidence.

• Schedule or act on any required follow-up for potential house viewing.

• Maintain confidentiality of organizations customers and data.

• Educate customers on our products.

• Telesales are not required to meet customer in person for presentation.
