Talent Sourcing & Market Insights

Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, Boolean search, etc.). Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality talent for current and future hiring needs. Manage job postings across platforms to attract qualified candidates. Prepare talent mapping and market insights using PowerPoint for hiring discussions and strategy planning.

Talent Acquisition Operations & Administration

Support end-to-end recruitment activities: candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination. Assist country TA teams with administrative processes to ensure a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience. Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and Abbotts internal policies throughout the recruitment process.

Business Partnership & Inclusive Hiring

Collaborate with TA Partners and hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs. Support diversity sourcing initiatives to attract talent from underrepresented backgrounds. Provide guidance on inclusive hiring practices and contribute to Abbotts Diversity & Inclusion goals.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, focusing on sourcing exceptional candidates across Asia Pacific. And slowly developing to source provide market mapping, talent insights. Meanwhile to performing TA operations, and supporting local TA administration.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Familiarity with the Asian talent landscape and market dynamics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) principles. Able to read and write in Mandarin.
