Store Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor, some of your responsibilities would include but may not be limited to: Ordering of inventory required for the operations of the outlet Ensure SOPs are upheld and disseminated to staff in a timely manner Ensure ongoing marketing/sale campaigns are launched smoothly and communicated to staff Manage the staff shift scheduling and manpower cost for the outlet Provide on-the-job training to staff and part-timers Ensure that all sales, returns, and refunds are recorded accurately and in accordance with HQ standards Provide timely data as required by HQ Assist Area Managers and Operations Managers in duties and tasks required Skills & Qualifications

Job Requirements: Preferably at least Diploma or Advanced Diploma, Bachelors Degree At least 2-3 years relevant experience in a similar industry Candidate with equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered A good team player with a positive attitude. Must be independent, resourceful, and organized Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff Ability to build a team environment and use participatory decision-making Malaysians only Salary: FROM RM 2,500 per month Allowance: RM100+RM50+Incentive Working Hour: 7.5 daily & 1 off day weekly Probation: 3 months Annual leave: 10 days* Medical and Hospitalization Leave* Medical Insurance* * Benefits will start after confirmation Good career progression plans KWSP & SOCSO Provided Overtime pay x1.5 Daily Staff Drink Other allowances* e.g.: Attendance Allowance & Punctuality Bonus Performance bonus/Incentive Operations
