The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and support ticketing system. Troubleshoot software issues, identify root causes, and provide effective resolutions. Analyze problems and propose practical, reliable solutions. Apply and test fixes to ensure issue resolution before deployment. Collect and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of support activities and solutions. Job Requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening skills, patience, and empathy. Proven experience in customer service and relationship management. Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities. Prior experience as a Software Support Executive, Application Support Executive, or similar role.
