to developers and end-users. You will play a key role in building robust retail trading products, expanding them into new regions, and enhancing operational efficiency through technological innovation. Key Responsibilities

Develop and improve

backend services

for the trading platform, ensuring smooth operations and connectivity. Participate in architectural decisions and code reviews to uphold high standards of software quality and scalability. Engage in design reviews and provide technical solutions for complex problems. Offer technical operational support to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. Drive the

expansion

of retail trading products into new regions and countries. Identify and resolve scalability, security, and performance issues in a

large-scale backend infrastructure . Own

projects , fostering innovation and openness to new technologies and experimentation. Collaborate with

DevOps

and

Infrastructure

teams to optimize the technology stack and support future engineering initiatives. Maintain comprehensive

documentation

for all code and functionalities to ensure clarity and consistency within the team. Ideal Candidate Profile

Proficiency in Golang and Ruby , with a good understanding of other programming languages as an advantage. Experience with databases such as

Postgres ,

Redis , and

Kafka . A

solid understanding

of backend infrastructure and performance optimization techniques. Familiarity with

blockchain technology

or financial domains (preferred but not required). Ability to manage conflicting requirements from multiple stakeholders and handle complex technical challenges. Proactive,
