Senior Sales Manager
Overview
Our client is a well-established building materials company in Malaysia. They are expanding and seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead the sales team through this growth phase. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the government and private sector, including contractors, developers and distributors across Malaysia. Collaborate with other functions including R&D and the project sales team to achieve company targets. Skills & Experience Required
8 - 10 years of sales experience within the building materials industry in Malaysia. Experience directly managing a team of 5 - 10. Bachelors Degree in any field. Strong network within the building materials industry. Excellent communication skills for business presentations and contract negotiations.
