Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with experience in medical, healthcare, or genomics to drive the adoption of our digital health platform connecting patients and physicians. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into clients, driving patient adoption, planning and implementing onboarding processes, and providing key market insights. This is a hands-on, ground-level role requiring proactive engagement with leads and healthcare providers to maximize market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into active clients.
  • Actively contact and meet with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to promote the platform and drive direct to consumer sales.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the medical industry.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and partnerships within the healthcare sector.

Onboarding & Implementation:

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new leads, ensuring smooth integration with the platform.
  • Provide training and support to clients on platform usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine the onboarding process and improve adoption rates.

Market & Marketing Insights:

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
  • Develop targeted campaigns for lead engagement.
  • Utilize data to provide insights on market, helping shape product improvements.

Brand Growth & Digital Outreach:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
  • Support the development of marketing materials.
  • Contribute to digital marketing strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and physician networks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing in medical, healthcare, or genomics industries.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinic operations, and physician networks.
  • Proven ability to convert B2B clients (clinics, hospitals) and drive patient adoption.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in digital health products, EMR, telemedicine, or genomics solutions is a plus.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and frequent client visits.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement data-driven strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead Conversion Rate Metric : Percentage of contacted leads that successfully onboard onto the platform.
  • Patient Adoption Growth Metric : Increase in the number of patients using the platform through onboarded clinics.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth Metric: Revenue generated from clinic subscriptions or service usage.
  • Onboarding & Implementation Efficiency Metric: Average time taken to onboard a clinic from first contact to active usage.
  • Market & Marketing Insights Contribution Metric : Number of actionable insights provided that lead to strategic adjustments.
  • Outreach & Engagement Metric : Number of clinics visited, contacted, and engaged per week/month.
