Senior Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for both local and foreign workforce. Prepare job descriptions, screen applications, arrange interviews, issue offer letters, and conduct onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.

  • Handle the foreign worker application, renewal of work permits and passes. Liaise effectively with government agencies to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

  • Administer and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

  • Assisting in coordinating and submitting required documents for government permits, licenses, and compliance.

  • Assisting in grievances, disciplinary handling and providing proper counseling to related employees.

  • Coordinate facility management for the new plant e.g. office space and HR infrastructure setup.

  • Preparing periodic management report and recommending for continuous improvement suggestions.

  • Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR and administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment

  • Good knowledge and understanding the interpretation of employment related Acts and other relevant regulations

  • Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft application

  • Well organized, detailed-oriented and strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

  • Ability to maintain high confidentiality at all time with integrity

  • Good interpersonal relation skill, able to communicate with all levels of staff
