Job Summary

Were hiring an Senior Finance Executive to join our growing integrated poultry group. You will play a critical role in managing accounting operations, reporting, and financial analysis. This is a hands-on role with strong exposure to commercial finance.

About the Role

You will not only manage accounts but also contribute to meaningful reporting and decision-making. Working closely with the finance lead and operations teams, youll be exposed to real commercial challenges in a fast-paced environment. This role suits someone eager to take ownership, grow, and make an impact.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation

  • Perform sales, cost, and margin analysis to support business decisions

  • Handle credit control: monitor ageing, follow up on collections, manage credit limits

  • Assist in year-end closing, audit schedules, and statutory reporting

  • Maintain accurate documentation for tax, SST, and compliance

  • Contribute to finance system improvements and automation

  • Collaborate with operations and sales teams on cross-functional finance matters

What Were Looking For

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or currently pursuing ACCA/CPA

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or commercial finance

  • Proficient in Excel; knowledge of AutoCount is an advantage

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

  • Willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable in a field-based/agriculture industry environment (male candidates are encouraged to apply due to the nature of the role)
