Sales & Sponsorship Senior Executive

About the role

As the Sponsorship & Sales Senior Executive at Milestone Entertainment - Concert & Show Management, you will play a critical role in driving new sales and securing sponsorship opportunities for our diverse portfolio of live entertainment events. This full-time position is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, and offers the opportunity to be a key contributor to the growth and success of our dynamic company.

What youll be doing

• Identifying and pursuing new sponsorship prospects to support our concert and show productions

• Developing sponsorship proposals and pitching to potential partners to secure funding and in-kind support

• Negotiating and finalising sponsorship agreements to maximise value for both Milestone Entertainment and our partners

• Managing the delivery of sponsorship benefits and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors

• Tracking and reporting on the performance of sponsorship campaigns to demonstrate return on investment

• Collaborating cross-functionally with our marketing, event operations, and production teams to integrate sponsorship activations

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and identifying new sponsorship opportunities to drive revenue growth

What were looking for

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sponsorship, sales, or business development role, preferably within the live entertainment or events industry

• Demonstrated success in securing sponsorship deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch to and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders

• Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of developing creative and compelling sponsorship packages

• Proficient in using system to manage database and data analysis to drive business decisions, a plus point

• Passion for the live entertainment industry and a deep understanding of sponsor needs and motivations

• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
