Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Having a close rapport with developers and contractors to ensure the specification works are converted into sales. Having a good network with project consultants will add the advantage.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support.

  • Prepare quotations for customers and follow up closely to secure the sales.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports to update the company on the follow-up projects, current market situation and competitors sales strategies.

  • Overseeing projects by coordinating with specification team, sales admin and technical team to ensure goods/systems are delivered with the highest quality and meeting the site requirement.

  • Advise customers on the technical requirements and provide design whenever required.

  • Respond to customers technical enquiries and provides the technical information required to assure the quality of the products.

  • Focus on the sales & marketing activities for private projects (Central & Northern region) by coordinating and managing work with consultants and contractors.

  • Identify, promote, and recommend potential clients to open direct account customers/distributor/dealer.

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending job related workshops, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company

  • Overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and managing client expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in engineering studies.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in B2B sales.

  • Good communication, presentation and writing skills.

  • Able to speak Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin very well to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Ability with conducting product presentations and confident in interacting with clients at all levels of an organization.

  • Team player, positive attitude, innovative, self- motivated, responsible and able to handle stress.

  • Possess own transport.

  • Role is based in Petaling Jaya.
