Job Description

Oversee the management of financial records and reports Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Assist in the development of financial strategies and plans Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy Manage and mentor junior members of the finance team Contribute to the continued growth and success of the company Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times

The Successful Applicant

A strong academic background in Finance or a related field At least 3 years experience specifically within Record to Report (RTR) or General Ledger (GL) functions. Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in financial software and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
