Retail Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with SOPs, and company policies.

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor manpower, operational standards, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage sales performance by tracking KPIs, analyzing trends, and driving revenue growth.

• Control inventory levels to maintain product availability and minimize overstock.

• Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, and developing store staff; conduct performance reviews and foster leadership among store managers.

• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing complaints and analyzing customer feedback.

• Manage merchandising and visual presentation to enhance customer experience and support promotional activities.

• Work with marketing teams on CRM programs to boost customer engagement and retention.

• Utilize data analytics for ongoing store performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Optometry, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in retail or store operations management, preferably within optical industry.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance targets.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.

• Solid understanding of inventory management, sales analysis, and visual merchandising principles.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and handling customer enquiries professionally.

• Willingness to travel regularly for store visits and audits.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
