Retail Operation Executive
Job Introduction:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Retail Operation Executive to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with SOPs, and company policies.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor manpower, operational standards, and regulatory compliance.
Manage sales performance by tracking KPIs, analyzing trends, and driving revenue growth.
Control inventory levels to maintain product availability and minimize overstock.
Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, and developing store staff; conduct performance reviews and foster leadership among store managers.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing complaints and analyzing customer feedback.
Manage merchandising and visual presentation to enhance customer experience and support promotional activities.
Work with marketing teams on CRM programs to boost customer engagement and retention.
Utilize data analytics for ongoing store performance improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Optometry, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience (3+ years) in retail or store operations management, preferably within optical industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop store teams to achieve performance targets.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Solid understanding of inventory management, sales analysis, and visual merchandising principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and handling customer enquiries professionally.
Willingness to travel regularly for store visits and audits.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
