Opportunity & Responsibilities This role involves leading and growing a team of banking professionals, driving business results, and making a community impact. Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing a team, providing coaching and support.

Developing and implementing regional business strategies.

Building and maintaining relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Managing risk and compliance according to regulations and policies.

Analyzing business performance data for improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

A degree in business, finance, or related field.

At least 5 years of banking or related experience with leadership proven track record.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams.
