About the role

Osadi Group of companies is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening and placing top-quality candidates for various positions within our organisation. This is a full-time role based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

What youll be doing

1. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and identify the best talent for our growing business

2. Conducting thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture

3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each role

4. Coordinating the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interview scheduling and offer negotiations

5. Maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and managing the applicant tracking system

6. Participating in employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation and appeal to top talent

7. Providing regular reports and analytics on the recruitment activities and performance

What were looking for

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role, preferably within the commercial supplies industry

2. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to identify and attract top talent

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with candidates and internal stakeholders

4. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment-related software

5. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

6. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
