Quality Engineer

• Responsible for IQA, IPQA/OQA operations

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering to address quality concerns and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Supervise and motivate a team of QA inspectors to ensure alignment with key performance indicators such as quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance to customer requirements, industry standard and safety at work place

• Primary interface with customers on quality related matters

• Lead activities to improve yield at customer incoming and reduce RMA

• Participate and support regulatory and customer audits at site

• Drive Proactive Continuous Improvement on Yield & Quality Metrics

• Ensure effectiveness of pFMEA and control plan

• Ensure effectiveness of training and inspections process

• Educate operators and production associates on quality/compliance and procedure

• Respond timely and effectively to customer feedback/CAPA

• Conduct MRB meeting

• Take up additional tasks as directed by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any Engineering field

• Knowledge in SPC, pFMEA, Lean Sigma, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 is preferable

• Advantage to have experience in handling box build product, new product transfer or PCBA manufacturing 

• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
