QA Manager / Assistant QA Manager

Job Description:

  • Handle customer complaints / feedback and work with related team members to rectify the matter.

  • Perform failure analysis of customer defect and provide improvement plan.

  • Coordinate First Article (FA) inspection review and ensure first time submission without errors to customers.

  • To troubleshoot any other quality related activities such as project improvement and etc.

  • Lead and perform training and mentorship to a team of QA personnel.

  • Technical support to customer pertaining to product specification and requirement.

  • Handling internal & external customers and product audits. 

  • Performs other duties as assigned by the superior. 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of working experience in QA, of which 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Working experience in semiconductor or contract manufacturing environment is preferred, especially in metal sheet or metal fabrication industry. 

  • Independent, self-driven and results oriented. 

  • Good communication skills in both oral and written. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills, meticulous and detail oriented.

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with cross functional teams.
