Gather user requirements from customers, support, and project teams and assess requirements. Document design specifications for discussion with the Delivery Manager. Communicate approved design to implementation team members. Provide guidance and clarification, where required, to development and project delivery teams throughout development and implementation cycles/stages. Provide feedback and recommendations on product roadmap items. Collaborate with the Project Team to ensure delivery teams adherence to quality procedures, as well as supervising, directing, and motivating the team. Provide input for documentation and participate in documentation review. Conduct code reviews and maintain code quality. Assist in the development and evolution of product infrastructure and processes. Ensure delivery of all tasks within budgeted timeframes and costs.
