About the role

We are seeking a skilled Cleanroom Leader to join the team

Industry: Semi Conductor Location: Kulai

What youll be doing

  • Lead and supervise production line to ensure efficiency and results.

  • Ensure quality and production standards are met.

  • Operate and troubleshoot basic equipment.

  • Provide communication, feedback, and guidance to employees.

  • Train operators on work instructions and proper use of tools.

  • Monitor operator performance and take corrective actions when needed.

  • Report work issues or irregularities to supervisor.

  • Enforce safety and housekeeping standards.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superior.

  • Able to work in cleanroom/woodshop environment

What were looking for

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role.

  • Willing to work rotating shifts.
