Printing Operator

• Operate and maintain printing machines, ensuring they function efficiently and produce high-quality prints according to established standards.
• Load and unload printing materials, including flags and fabrics, ensuring proper handling and minimizing waste.
• Perform routine quality checks on printed materials to identify and correct any defects, ensuring all products meet quality specifications.
• Monitor printing processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain consistent print quality and color accuracy.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with printing equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machine parts.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, production output, and any issues encountered during printing operations.

• Set up and operate printing machines, including adjusting machine settings and ensuring proper alignment.
• Load and unload printing materials, such as fabric rolls and ink cartridges, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Monitor the printing process to identify and resolve any issues, such as color variations, smudging, or misprints.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Conduct quality control checks on printed materials to ensure they meet established standards for color accuracy, clarity, and durability.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and machine downtime.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production workflow and timely completion of orders.
