We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paid Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the strategic design and execution of global paid user growth, and promote the continuous increase of the overall paid user scale.
Familiar with the implementation of various paid growth strategies on the App side, including Google, Apple stores and APK channels, and has relevant practical experience in In-App Ads.
Good at multi-channel delivery optimization and expansion, proficient in the effect management of advertising platforms such as large media (such as Google, Meta), DSP and mobile phone manufacturers.
Based on data-driven growth strategies, we continuously track and analyze the effects of activities around core KPIs such as ROAS and CPA, break down complex problems and convert them into executable solutions to improve channel efficiency and return on investment.
With rich cross-team collaboration experience, we can work closely with regional and national lines to promote local market growth; we are familiar with the collaboration with multi-functional teams such as marketing, design, public relations, and products to ensure the smooth launch of activities and achieve quantifiable results.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, practical experience in mobile advertising, familiar with mainstream payment channels and suppliers such as search, social, and display.
Candidates with experience in the cryptocurrency industry or related fields will be given priority.
Candidates who are familiar with the large media advertising process or have large media resources will be given priority.
Understand the data acquisition and attribution mechanism of web and mobile advertising, and be able to evaluate the performance of different sources.
Have excellent data analysis skills and be able to transform complex data into clear optimization directions and strategic recommendations.
Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be able to efficiently connect with team members in a multinational remote environment, and independently promote project execution.
Have a strong interest in encryption, blockchain and the technology industry, and be willing to learn and explore new trends.
