Operations Supervisor

Job Description To oversee the day-to-day operations of the car park, ensuring smooth traffic flow, efficient revenue collection, safety, and excellent customer service, while supervising the team of attendants and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Operational ManagementSupervise daily parking operations, including entry/exit flow and payment systems.Monitor parking occupancy and ensure optimal space usage.Address and resolve operational issues promptly.

Staff SupervisionLead, train, and schedule parking attendants/valet staff.Monitor staff performance and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).Handle disciplinary matters and staff grievances when necessary.

Customer ServiceRespond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.Assist with lost tickets, payment disputes, or vehicle-related incidents.Ensure attendants provide courteous and efficient service.

Maintenance & ComplianceOversee cleanliness, lighting, and signage within the car park.Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance of parking systems.Ensure compliance with local laws, health & safety regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills:Diploma or equivalent qualification.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Basic knowledge of parking systems (barriers, POS, ticketing, valet operations).Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
