Job Description:

Sun Best Holiday is urgently hiring for Operations Manager, Tour Manager, and Branch Manager positions to oversee both Inbound and Outbound travel operations. We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to lead our team, manage daily operations, and deliver outstanding service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inbound and outbound travel/tour operations.

• Supervise and lead staff to meet company goals and service standards.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee local and international tour programs.

• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and travel partners for smooth arrangements.

• Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints efficiently.

• Monitor performance, budgets, and operational costs.

• Assist senior management with business strategies and new initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

• At least 2-3 years supervisory/management experience in inbound/outbound travel operations.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent situations.

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of travel booking systems is an advantage.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).
