As a Manager in the Strategy & Portfolio department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company. Working closely with a dynamic team of professionals with backgrounds in investment banking and consulting, you will lead high-impact projects, including joint ventures (JV), mergers & acquisitions (M&A), special projects, and IPO readiness initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities to drive sustainable growth and business transformation. As the company embarks on its journey to becoming a public-listed entity, you will be at the forefront, guiding and executing key initiatives to ensure a successful transition.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategic projects, including IPO preparation, JV, M&A, and other special initiatives, ensuring value creation and synergy realization.
• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives from conceptualization to implementation, including preparing business cases, developing execution plans, and tracking key performance metrics.
• Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and financial analysis to support decision-making and provide insights that shape business strategies.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to align strategic initiatives with the company's long-term goals.
• Drive due diligence, financial modeling, valuation assessments, and risk analysis for potential investment opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging opportunities, making strategic recommendations to C-suite executives.
• Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional growth within the team.
• Oversee periodic reporting, board presentations, and stakeholder communication for ongoing projects and strategic reviews.
• Identify and address operational inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions that drive business growth.

Qualifications/ Experiences

• 5-8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field. Experience in IPO, M&A, or corporate strategy projects is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA or professional qualifications (CFA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW) will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
