The Legal Specialist will assist the Head of Department with all legal matters related to Razer Fintechs business and entities in countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and others as part of expansion plans. Manage contractual matters for Razer Fintechs online and offline businesses across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. Develop and draft templates for new business models of Razer Fintech. Implement, update, and execute legal policies and contract templates for internal stakeholders and business teams in respective countries. Draft, review, amend, and vary contracts related to commercial activities, including merchant, payment channel, vendor contracts, NDAs, and specific contractual terms for all countries. Support drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts for joint ventures, strategic alliances, mergers, and acquisitions, including legal due diligence. Advise business units on laws, regulations, processes, potential legal exposures, and risks when entering transactions, contracts, or business relationships. Pre-Requisites :

Degree in Law from an established university. At least 2 years of legal experience, in-house or practice, preferably in e-commerce or fintech industries. Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay flexible, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Self-motivated, independent, and committed to the role. Are you game?
