Key Account Manager (Multiple locations)
Manage assigned customer accounts and follow up on qualified leads and inquiries.
Meet local and overseas customers in person to understand their needs and present solutions.
Conduct product presentations and support technical discussions with the help of internal teams.
Coordinate with R&D, Production, and Regulatory teams to ensure product feasibility and alignment with customer expectations.
Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts based on customer specifications.
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Attend trade exhibitions, customer visits, and business meetings locally and abroad.
Monitor market developments and customer feedback to support product and service improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report regularly to management.
Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in FMCG, food, skincare, or OEM/ODM sectors.
Willingness and ability to travel for on-site customer meetings and international assignments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
