Junior Marketing (Trainee)

Conduct market research and analyze trends to support ongoing campaigns and strategic initiatives. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing promotions and advertising efforts. Support the research, selection, and communication process with digital creators and influencers. Help manage influencer and partnership campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Douyin, and Facebook. Contribute to multi-format content creation, including video, graphics, copywriting, and audio, to enhance brand storytelling. Assist in ideation and planning for short video shoots. Monitor and track campaign and influencer performance, compile reports, and gather actionable insights. Conduct research on marketing tools, E-commerce trends, CRM platforms, and digital/IT solutions. Job Category Internship Academic Qualification Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, Creative Multimedia, or a related field. Other Requirements

Passionate about marketing, social media, and influencer culture. Active on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — whether as a creator or avid follower. Creative, curious, and up-to-date with online trends. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus). Good personality, detail-oriented, organized, and people-friendly. Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Must be willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.
