About the role

Valmont Corporate Shared Services Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of innovative infrastructure solutions, is seeking a talented IT Support Analyst (IFS) to join our dynamic team in Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our IT systems and providing high-quality support to our valued users.

What youll be doing

• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity

• Respond to and resolve user requests in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

• Investigate and diagnose problems, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions

• Maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles

• Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software

• Collaborate with the IT team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of IT strategies and initiatives

• Provide training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and applications

What were looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role for IFS system

• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve a wide range of IT issues

• Proficient in the use of various hardware, software, and networking technologies, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common business applications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand and address the needs of users at all levels

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

• Relevant certifications or diplomas in Information Technology or a related field would be an advantage
