We are seeking a Project Manager for our Malaysia Tech Center to work on end-to-end solutions for cross-border payments for our global merchants and globalization business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex transnational projects, establish project management procedures and project plans, and lead the project team to achieve goals efficiently.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Track project progress, coordinate project resources, and maintain good cooperation with external parties. Identify risks and problems timely and develop solutions to avoid delays and budget overruns.
  • Regularly analyze project status and submit project reports to relevant parties, ensuring the information is accurate and complete.
  • Establish and maintain the project team knowledge base, collect best practices of the project, and upgrade processes and standards.
Qualifications
  • Good project management skills, with a solid understanding and practice of software engineering and agile project management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
  • More than 3 years of working experience in PM or R&D management in the IT industry, internet, finance, or third-party payment work experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with supplier management, able to complete the project with multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, good at coordination and problem-solving, able to adapt to different working environments.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, willing to challenge and constantly improve.
