About the role
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Draughtsperson to join our team at TYL Perunding Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time position will be responsible for producing high-quality engineering drawings and designs to support the development of critical infrastructure projects.
What you'll be doing
Prepare detailed engineering drawings and designs for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, sewers, and others for authority submission.
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand project requirements and ensure drawings meet all technical specifications
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce 2D and 3D models and drawings
Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers, clients, and regulatory authorities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project documentation
Provide support and guidance to junior drafting staff as needed
What we're looking for
Diploma or degree in Engineering Drafting or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Infrastructure Draughtsperson, preferably in the engineering consulting industry
Proficient in the use of CAD software, Civil 3D or other related software will be an added advantage.
Strong technical skills and the ability to interpret engineering specifications and requirements
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and well-organised drawings
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of relevant engineering standards and regulations
