1. Desirable Bachelors Degree
2. 2+ years finance experience
3. Experience working in a matrix organization
4. Working within a multicultural environment
5. Experience in AkzoNobel O2C tools (e.g. SAP, FSCM, MFGpro, EBS)
6. Experience working as a business partner with management
7. Experience in execution of standard processes
8. Able to set priorities and work independently
9. Extended knowledge of order to cash end-to-end process
10. Business knowledge
11. Language skills (English essential)
12. Experience in a sales/customer-focused commercial role
13. Minimum English and one other language spoken and written
14. Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills
15. Commercial focus and balanced decision making
