Human Resource Executive - MUST come from F&B
HR Responsibilities
MUST have work related experience with F&B industry.
- Recruitment
- Oversee and manage the recruitment process for all levels of staff within the organization, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring procedures.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with company culture.
- Maintain a pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Payroll and Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, including adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
- Monitor compliance with statutory obligations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and tax deductions) and ensure timely submission of contributions and payments.
- Liaise with government agencies and external vendors for compliance matters.
- Employee Relations and Welfare
- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee needs and grievances.
- Develop and manage employee wellness programs, ensuring work-life balance and promoting employee satisfaction.
- Oversee the organizations benefits programs, ensuring fairness and alignment with market practices.
- Managing Internal Disputes, Grievances, and Disciplinary Matters
- Lead and manage employee disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions to ensure fair and consistent resolution.
- Investigate complaints and recommend solutions to improve the overall work environment.
- Ensure disciplinary processes are in line with labor laws and company policy.
- HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring efficient HR workflows.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with organizational goals and local regulations.
- Provide HR support and advice to senior management, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business objectives.
