Human Resource Executive - MUST come from F&B

MUST have work related experience with F&B industry.

1. Recruitment
   • Oversee and manage the recruitment process for all levels of staff within the organization, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring procedures.
   • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with company culture.
   • Maintain a pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
2. Payroll and Statutory Compliance
   • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, including adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
   • Monitor compliance with statutory obligations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and tax deductions) and ensure timely submission of contributions and payments.
   • Liaise with government agencies and external vendors for compliance matters.
3. Employee Relations and Welfare
   • Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture and addressing employee needs and grievances.
   • Develop and manage employee wellness programs, ensuring work-life balance and promoting employee satisfaction.
   • Oversee the organizations benefits programs, ensuring fairness and alignment with market practices.
4. Managing Internal Disputes, Grievances, and Disciplinary Matters
   • Lead and manage employee disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions to ensure fair and consistent resolution.
   • Investigate complaints and recommend solutions to improve the overall work environment.
   • Ensure disciplinary processes are in line with labor laws and company policy.
5. HR Operations & Administration
   • Oversee HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring efficient HR workflows.
   • Implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with organizational goals and local regulations.
   • Provide HR support and advice to senior management, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business objectives.
