Head of Commercial Finance,RDC

The Head of Commercial Finance, RDC is a critical role within the Allianz Technology CFO/CTO3 structure, supporting the Gearshift 2.0 Project Governance and the operationalization of the Regional Delivery Centre ("RDC") based in Malaysia. This role involves leadership in pricing, cost control, KPI management, RDC service financial modeling, and strategic alignment. The Head of Commercial Finance, RDC will serve as a key steward, fostering efficiency, cost savings, and alignment with the Allianz Group strategy in establishing the commercial service operations of the Malaysia RDC. The position reports directly to the Regional Finance Manager for CTO3. Key Responsibilities:

Establish RDC Commercial operations in compliance with Allianz Technology Standards. Support Service Owners in operationalizing pricing, chargeback, and billing for new RDC Services to Asia Operating Entities ("OEs"). Complete Gearshift 2.0 business cases for remaining OEs. Implement the "Business Case Controlling Framework," including results updates and savings tracking mechanisms. Oversee Accenture invoicing, payments, and reconciliation with business case assumptions. Support Allianz Technology Finance with tax treatments, including Permanent Establishment (PE) exposure and WHT. Advise on Forex implications related to invoicing, payments, and reporting, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated. Assist the Asia Account Manager Team in commercial discussions with customers. Partner with leadership teams to deliver business plans, board obligations, and projects. Lead cost steering and control processes. Communicate financial outcomes and escalate issues or initiatives requiring broader leadership involvement. Maintain collaborative relationships with functional communities to advocate and build capacity. Handle global and ad hoc analysis requests, including post-mortem analyses of business case savings. Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or CPA/CFA preferred. Over 10 years of experience in financial management and business case validation. Expertise managing IT budgets (€500m - €1bn), with a focus on cost savings and transparency. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with senior management and align demand management across multi-year plans.
