  • Diploma/Degree in Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia or equivalent
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English , both speaking and writing. (Mandarin is an added advantage)
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Canva.
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g. Premier Pro, Premiere Rush, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve)
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2-3 years working experience with related field
  • Must provide a portfolio of past work (social posts, banners, email layouts, etc.)
  • Knowledge of current Social Media trends and best practices, fan engagement, trending social media formats, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Develop and design website images, product image and banners each week.
  • Develop and design high-quality, engaging, and on-brand visuals for social media posts, ads, stories, reels, banners, and other digital content.
  • Create and edit video content (e.g. short promos, reels, animations) optimized for different platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media channels.
  • Upload/Edit products to the website and other sales channels.
  • Report and feedback to head of department and work together with assigned department for the above scope.
  • Creative, multi tasking, self motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions
  • Capable of executing design projects independently
  • Resourceful in creative ideas and active in brainstorming
  • Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organized
  • Excellent time management skills and willing to work long hours if needed
  • Other tasks as requested by supervisor
