Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, responsible, and people-oriented Human Resource Executive to oversee and manage all HR-related functions. You will play a key role in shaping the company culture, ensuring team efficiency, and managing HR operations end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, interview, and hire candidates across all departments (live hosts, warehouse, interns, etc.)
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and training programs
- Employee Relations & Communication
- Be the point of contact for all HR-related concerns
- Maintain open, clear communication across teams
- Help resolve conflicts professionally and promptly
- Able to maintain or cultivate good working culture, and raise staff morale.
- Attendance & Performance Monitoring
- Monitor staff attendance and punctuality
- Handle leave applications, MCs, and shift scheduling
- Support supervisors in performance tracking
- Disciplinary Actions & Termination
- Handle disciplinary processes with fairness and documentation
- Manage termination processes professionally and legally
- Payroll Support
- Collaborate with accounts/management to ensure accurate and timely payroll
- Maintain HR records and staff database
- HR Admin & Compliance
- Keep employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in order
- Ensure company policies comply with labor laws and best practices

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR (preferably in SMEs/startups)
- Familiar with Malaysian labor law, HR practices & payroll processes
- Strong people skills: empathetic, assertive & a good communicator
- Able to work independently, stay organized, and multitask under pressure
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, young team environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English (written & spoken)
