Job Responsibilities :

1. Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects

2. Prepare and submit tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and reports

3. Liaise with Consultans, Architect, Sub-contractor, Project Team.

4. Prepare progress claims.

5. Coordinate works with project site.

6. Responsible for taking-off quantities from drawings and calling for quotations.

7. Undertake any other ad-hoc or related duties assigned by superior / PM / Director.

8. Negotiating and administering contracts with suppliers and subcontractors

9. Monitoring project costs and cash flow throughout the construction process

10. Providing regular updates and reporting to project manager and director

11. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

12. Travel to project sites when required.

Requirements :

1. Diploma / Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveyor .

2. At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry - on main contractor base

3. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques.

4. Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
