Ensure that any master data entered into the PLM and ERP systems by the job holder or other teams is complete and accurate. Manage update or review requests within the SLA of the function. Maintain data consistency across applications and report or resolve issues as appropriate. Place purchase orders as requested by the Purchase team to ensure a steady flow of shoes to consumers. Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and consistent article data within our PLM and ERP applications according to SLA. Manage data changes correctly, reject incorrect changes, and ensure consistency across applications. Advise Business Units and data consumers on the implications of data maintenance and the time required for accurate data requests. Support onboarding and training of new team members and colleagues across all applications. Maintain training materials, especially when master data or processes change. Support the wider Operations function, particularly Purchasing, in placing purchase orders with third-party suppliers. Qualifications

The key stakeholders include: Managers within the Article Data team Purchasing managers in the Supply Chain Product Line Managers Product Development Sourcing Teams Commercial teams - Digital and Wholesale IT Operations Skills required: Strong written and oral communication skills Experience with PLM and transactional business applications such as Centric 8 and SAP (preferable) Team player attitude Organized and precise working practices Willingness to learn new skills, processes, and applications About Clarks
