Executive, Operation (MEE) (Subang Jaya, Selangor)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the administration, planning, and execution of routine maintenance programs to ensure work is carried out as per schedule, specifications, and safety standards.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance contractors, conduct inspections, and provide recommendations for improvements to ensure compliance with contract requirements.

Conduct random site inspections to ensure maintenance works adhere to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements and company standards.

Represent the company in dealings with clients, local authorities, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain positive working relationships and ensure smooth operations.

Organize meetings, briefings, and training sessions with subordinates and contractors to ensure clear communication and compliance with policies and specifications.

Assist in planning, preparing, and controlling the sections annual budget and expenditure to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with revenue targets.

Support and manage traffic control measures, including contra flow arrangements during congestion, accidents, or major incidents, ensuring safety and minimal disruption.

Implement and enforce safety (OSHA) and quality (ISO) standards across all maintenance works, ensuring full compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in highway maintenance or related industry, with a focus on mechanical and electrical operations

Proven experience in leadership and management roles, with demonstrated ability to effectively lead a team

Experience in analyzing contractor performance and implementing improvements
