Enterprise Sales Manager
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for fintech and POS solutions.
Identify, qualify, and pursue enterprise business opportunities across retail, e-commerce, F&B, and financial services industries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals tailored to client needs.
Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations) to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize sales approaches.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in
fintech, POS solutions, or payment systems .
Strong understanding of
digital payments, POS systems, and financial technology .
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in enterprise/B2B environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term relationships and manage complex sales cycles.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
