Job Description

• Perform daily site walks for routine inspection and day-to-day operations such as electrical equipment, office equipment, civil & plumbing etc.
• Assist the Building Manager/ Building Executive to perform maintenance and repair works of the common areas, such as mechanical and electrical, plumbing, civil and structural etc.
• Check and rectify all defects/ complaints reported by tenants/ residents.
• Monitor, supervise, and verify all minor plumbing and electrical repairs and rectification works performed by the contractors.
• Carry out Minor Repairs & Maintenance works
• Escorting Vendors for on-site preventive/ reactive maintenance work
• Provide 1st Level Breakdown support as per the SLA
• Self-perform selected M&E tasks
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the building's operations and maintenance activities.
• Perform other ad hoc duties or projects assigned by the supervisor or HOD.

• Candidate should possess a Professional Certificate/ Diploma/ Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Property Development/ Real Estate Management/ Building Services.
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Technician specializing in Building Maintenance/ Repair or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English and Malay for both spoken and written
• 4 Contract of Service positions available (Cybersouth & Bukit Jalil)
