Vertical: Health Insurance Practice

Working hours: Must be flexi in between 9am – 9pm

• University degree.
• Preferred experience: 8–10 years in health care insurance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese.

• Demonstrate the ability to train associates in the domain using a structured approach.
• Design, develop, and manage trainings including new hire, refresher, process change, and other related programs.
• Coordinate with client SMEs to provide process updates, changes, and operational knowledge to team members.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all process documentation and operating procedures for all in-scope processes.
• Analyze training and team-level statistics (AHT, quality, etc.) to identify training support needs.
• Collaborate with clients to identify process gaps or opportunities while reviewing SOPs and related documents.
• Assist the Team Lead with management tasks as required.
• Actively participate in client/internal meetings as relevant.
• Prepare and provide MIS reports as required.

• Deep understanding of the healthcare insurance industry, including relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and APAC market trends.
• End-to-end understanding of insurance claims processing, benefits/policy servicing, provider relationships, and customer contact center operations.
