Overview

The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager, H3S SEA, leads marketing and communication initiatives supporting International SOS sales, lead generation, conversion, and client engagement. The role focuses on strengthening brand awareness and effectively communicating the companys value proposition across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing and Automation: Develop and execute lead generation, utilization and brand awareness digital campaigns using Eloqua and Salesforce.com; set up and execute tactical tasks associated with customized landing pages, email campaigns and lead scoring rules Perform A/B testing on all elements of marketing mix and continuously improve campaign effectiveness Assist with the development of the companys membership utilization program Assist in crisis communications and client engagement activities, e.g., events and/or webinars Continu continually monitor, analyze, and tune campaigns to maximize ROI Develop tools and reports to track progress on marketing activities as per Marketing Plans Database Management: Assist with the integration of the marketing database with Salesforce.com Monitor and manage sync issues between Eloqua and Salesforce.com Perform regular checks on the database to review engagement and unsubscribe rates Make recommendations on how to maximize engagement and minimise unsubscribes Implement database segmentation to allow for targeted marketing campaigns to targeted industries, market segment and verticals using dynamic content Develop and execute database engagement campaigns Sales Engagement and Lead Generation: Develop and roll out sales engagement activities and/or programmes to support Sales in achieving its objectives and generate quality leads Plan and drive Product Marketing campaigns to support existing and/or new products, including digital solutions to achieve sales revenue Plan and execute external client events / conferences to increase brand awareness and communicate the companys value proposition Collaborate with Clients, jointly with Sales, to support marketing activities as needed Support SEA sales & marketing agenda in developing and driving relationship and referral activities with potential partners Build relationships with external associations (e.g., Chambers of Commerce, Business Federations) Execute the SEA commercial strategy on Workforce Resilience Solutions to drive account penetration and growth in targeted verticals Ensure sales teams have appropriate sales tools, training, and promotional support for products and solutions in SEA Maintain a library of sales materials for products Marketing Communications: Develop and maintain sales collaterals, tools, and materials aligned with Group Marketing guidelines to support Sales in articulating International SOS value proposition Plan, manage and execute Singapore-related media strategies and activities (including press releases and media scripts) and act as focal point with media and PR agency Liaise with Group Marketing to ensure alignment of Media and PR agenda Plan and strategize Media-related events to drive awareness and brand value Responsible for all internal H3S communications for SEA countries Validate competitors information and update in the designated database Conduct regular competitor analysis and refine marketing plan and sales communication tools Lead, develop and execute client satisfaction surveys Develop expertise in digital solutions and ensure correct positioning with other subject matter experts Work with product management to provide client and market insights to help build products and enhancements for value and competitive advantage Collaborate with clients and industry experts to solicit feedback on digital solutions Maintain knowledge of International SOS services and competitors; build relationships with account management, business development, client services, marketing and subject matter experts to support client growth and retention; ensure local teams are trained on digital products Travel for client-facing meetings within SEA Collaborate with account management and business development to execute new business and retention strategies; participate in local events, conferences and webinars Required Skills and Knowledge

Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision Digital Marketing experience is essential (e.g., Eloqua or similar marketing automation, Salesforce or similar CRM) Experience deploying mobile, online/web solutions in a multinational, e-commerce environment Graphic design skills; familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite preferred; strong MS Office skills Proven ability to support and provide feedback on mobile platforms, web and UX design Experience in deploying product marketing to support large-scale programs Required Work Experience

At least 5 years in a Product Marketing or Marketing Communications role within a B2B environment Understanding of product/brand marketing and management in SEA; experience planning external client events and leads generation Required Qualifications

Proficient with administrative software tools Required Languages

English; Mandarin proficiency preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; other languages are desirable Seniority level
