Support with the delivery of print and electronic for employee, customer communications, and community investment strategy.

Key Accountabilities

Support the design of high-quality visual assets that support the communication objectives of brand, digital, social media and its stakeholders. Design and develop visually compelling assets for digital and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google). Support the ideation, storyboarding, and execution of short-form video content for campaigns and organic content. \ Translate campaign concepts into a variety of creative formats and adaptations: static posts, video, reels, carousels, etc. Collaborate closely with team members to support and ensure that all assets align with brand identity and campaign objectives. Support project reviews to ensure continuous learning and improvement. Ensure compliance and adherence of all company practices and processes. Work under guidance with external providers to ensure consistently high-quality service and products. Recommend, plan and execute all Community Investment activities and CSR project management. Work and collaborate with internal & external community and sustainability stakeholders such as Risk, Operations, Sustainability Committee and Z Zurich Foundation.

Technical proficiency

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools (Canva, Figma). Practical knowledge of file specs, aspect ratios, and asset best practices for Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Shoot photographs and videos including product shots, lifestyle images, and event coverage.

Your Skills And Experience

As a Digital Content & Community Investment Analyst, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

Bachelors degree in Filmmaking, Graphic Design, New Media, Broadcasting or a related field. Strong portfolio showcasing both motion/video and static work for digital channels. Familiarity with current trends in design, pop culture, editing styles, and social media. Understanding industry-specific trends and developments. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions. Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
